Your impact.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Member Services to ensure daily operations are running smoothly and members are delighted by the coaching experience
- Support HealthJoy’s proactive steerage and coaching programs by conducting direct member outreach to connect HealthJoy members with appropriate clinical programming
- Identify and engage members who may be a good fit for establishing a relationship with a coach, ultimately including:
- Motivational interviewing techniques and building rapport
- Guiding members through behavior modification through longitudinal coaching
- Support in developing and refining HealthJoy’s coaching program (e.g. stress management, sleep, nutrition, etc)
- Document insights related to HealthJoy’s populations, such as characteristics of members likely to engage/graduate, high- and low-engagement programming, etc
- Have a mindset for growing the program
- Help design the processes and tools in order to scale the program
- Ensure that workflows are documented improved over time
Your experience.
- A proven track record coaching members and helping them achieve their goals
- Willingness to engage with members to identify relevant clinical programs
- Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to build relationships of empathy, trust, and respect with clients and other team members
- Must have experience and be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with a rapid learning curve; comfort with adjusting processes as circumstances require
- Experience with clinical health outcomes and quality metrics is a plus
- Impeccable attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, follow through and independence
