Artemetrx is PSG’s robust integrated data and analytics platform that transforms member data into actionable intelligence, driving improved management of drug spend and trend across both pharmacy and medical benefits. Artemetrx precisely and efficiently identifies sub-optimal utilization of prescription drugs from multiple angles, such as member, prescriber, or drug. Built on more than 20 years of drug management expertise, the web-based platform provides users with reports, dashboards, and multidimensional filtering and dynamic drill-down capabilities, enabling efficiency, precision, and scalability for drug management.
We are looking for the next fearless contributor at PSG that will ignite passion, innovation, and client focus in a team committed to delivering the next generation of drug management tools to the market. The Sr. Clinical Consultant, in collaboration with cross functional enterprise teams, will use data to drive improved clinical outcomes, lower costs and an improved care experience for PSG clients and their members through the development and delivery of innovative clinical program products and services with an emphasis on specialty drug management across benefits and channels. An ideal candidate will be comfortable as an experienced professional, an individual contributor, a detail-oriented advisor, and assessor of data. Essential Functions
- Owner of clinical strategy and service delivery to operate as a trusted advisor for assigned clients
- Maintain a thorough understanding and working knowledge of specialty drug emerging markets and trends including specialty drug pipeline
- Review, analyze and use specialty drug claims and utilization data to drive specialty drug management strategies and solutions within both medical and pharmacy benefits
- Deliver trend reporting and insights
- Develop and execute specialty drug utilization management tools, strategies and solutions
- Develop and execute specialty drug consulting offerings
- Serve as clinical support for ongoing monitoring, management and development of specialty drug consulting tools, services and products
- Lead or support client projects related to specialty drugs
- Report program outcomes
- Lead contract management
- Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree (RPh or PharmD) required
- MBA a plus
- 5+ years Health Plan, Payor and/or PBM experience
- 5+ years of Account management experience
- Specialty drug management experience
- Medical benefit specialty drug management experience strongly preferred
- Experience in working with data and data analysis
- Ability to operate and function as part of a team
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interface with clients, internal analysts and consultants as well as other health care professionals
- Ability to form and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in and strong presentation skills desired
- Solutions-oriented, results-driven, self-motivated and innovative in thoughts and actions
- Ability to operate in a decentralized work environment
- Flexible for travel and client-facing activities

The national average salary for this role is $130,000-$170,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
