What will you do?
- Conduct strategic account profiling and target development for prospective clients within the Washington territory
- Collaborate with important decision-makers and actively coordinate all sales-related activities
- Gain agreement from potential clients to broaden product utilization and ensure successful implementation of sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers to drive sales growth
- Develop and implement sales plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

How will you get here?
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Three years of demonstrated ability in a sales role, preferably in the medical diagnostics or similar market
- Demonstrated excellence in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Proven ability to work with senior-level executives and decision-makers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement complex sales strategies
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory (minimum 50% travel)
- Proficiency with SFDC CRM, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and capable of working independently
