How you'll make an impactÂAs the Clinical Education Program Manager, you will have ownership of all educational programming designed and developed to drive clinical outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying target audiences, developing project plans and content, monitoring and tracking KPIs, and working across departments and with company leaders to ensure success.  You will join a team of clinically-minded professionals whose focus it is to execute SonderMind’s clinical strategy as we continue to improve access and utilization of therapy services.
Success looks likeÂ
- Get up-to-speed on departmental objectives and in-flight initiatives, understand how clinical-owned initiatives interface cross-functionally with other departments and stakeholders. Â
- Take ownership over in-flight clinical education programming, including tests and data analysis, and monitoring KPIs
- Identify new opportunities for testing innovative and impactful clinical education programming that leads to improved outcomes. Design and execute programming, monitor impact.
- Maintain partnerships with external experts to deliver ongoing consultation for specialty providers
What you'll doÂ
- Supporting Quality Assurance: Work with the Director of Clinical Quality to develop provider education and training on best clinical practices that drive improved client outcomes. Measure engagement and outcomes to determine the right content at the right time leading to highest impact and provider behavior change.
- Supporting Specialty Groups: Continue managing external partnerships with specialty expert organizations. Build out new educational content as needed as we continue to grow specialty care offerings. Monitor performance and engagement with content.
- Driving clinical practice innovations: As SonderMind continues to expand our innovative offerings supporting measurement-based care, providers will need education on integrating data into their clinical decision making. This role is responsible for assessing clinical education needs and gaps, developing educational content to meet these needs, and executing on the delivery of content.
- Internal Clinical Education: On an as needed basis, provide clinical education or training for cross functional departments, including provider and client-facing teams, to support execution of the clinical strategy. Review client and provider-facing content for clinical accuracy.
- Disseminating Practice-Research Network insights: Own the execution of the dissemination of ongoing research insights surfaced from our Practice-Research Network, that leads to practical provider behavior change.
- Minimum 2 years designing and implementing clinical education to both clinicians and lay audiences
- Experience designing and executing tests of change, including requisite data collection, analysis, and dissemination
- Project/program management including demonstrated competency with at least one preferred framework
- Mental health license, MHA, or MPH
- Digital healthcare or innovation experience
- Experience with data visualization tools/software

The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000- $100,000. This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan. Actual title and compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.Â
