Clinical Implementation Specialist Job Description


The Clinical Implementation Specialist will be responsible for being our product ambassador with a wide range of clinical stakeholders with both current and potential customers. You will play a vital role with our customers: spending time understanding existing clinical workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, helping them establish new protocols and workflows. You will be the onsite clinical expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions. As a clinical implementation specialist, you will spend a large amount of time traveling to implementation sites. Work hours are dependent on the site needs. You will report to the Director of Client Success.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 
  • Provide feedback from customers and act as customer advocate.
  • Review customer requirements to ensure product compatibility
  • Interview clients to understand existing protocols for a variety of clinical workflows.ย 
  • Perform installations, training and validations for new robots or expansions.
  • Assist with or write documentation to enhance training, user guides, procedures, and manuals.
  • Proactively provide feedback to the organization on product performance with suggestions for product improvements and new product development
  • Work cross functionally with Sales/Product/Operations/Engineering to support the implementation process.

Skills and Experience:ย 
  • You have a Nursing Degree and/or years of relevant work experience in a clinical setting
  • You have a passion for process improvement and excitement for introducing technology to impact nursing practice.ย 
  • You have the ability to interact and communicate positively and effectively with a variety of hospital stakeholders, especially frontline nursing teams.ย 
  • You are self-motivated, success oriented and demonstrated a collaborative, customer focused approach.
  • You have Valid US Driverโ€™s License required.
  • You are able and willing to pass hospital vendor credentialing requirements โ€“ such as, but not limited to, drug screening, immunizations, training and background screening.
  • You are an excellent team player with outstanding communication skills.ย
