Clinical Implementation Specialist - Nuclear Medicine
Job Description
At MIM Software, our Clinical Implementation Specialist role requires training in medical imaging as well as a variety of our products and their functions. In this role, you’ll be working as a project manager with new nuclear medicine customers to plan, implement, and train their clinical users on our software. The Implementation role requires someone who communicates effectively and manages their time efficiently. You’ll be at the forefront of our highly valued customer support. It’s something our customers count on when they call our support line, attend a trade show, or interact with us one-on-one during site installations. What You'll Do:
- Function as a project manager, working closely with clinical teams (Physicians, Physicists, techs, Hospital IT) to implement, train and perform post-implementation functions for new and established products
- Lead adoption of our software into our customer’s clinical workflow
- Develop customer and product insights based on in-hospital experience
- Provide consultation on, manage and support technology adoption with clinical stakeholders
- Provide training to your team members and cross-functional teams
- Attend technical conferences
What You'll Need:
- 2 plus years of clinical experience
- An inquisitive mind that enjoys problem solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
