Clinical Informatics Specialist

Diligent Robotics is searching for a Clinical Informatics Specialist to be our product ambassador with a wide range of clinical stakeholders at current and prospective clients. As a Clinical Informatics Specialist you will play a vital role with our customers: spending time understanding existing clinical workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, and helping them establish new protocols and workflow. The ideal candidate is self driven, passionate, and has experience leveraging your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions. They also have a strong track record of serving as a voice of the customer to Diligent’s internal and external stakeholders - anticipating market trends so that our products continue to be the most innovative offering. This person thrives in a fast paced environment and has the ability to make rapid decisions. You can deal with ambiguous situations and act quickly to remove obstacles. You are comfortable with a minimum of 50% of your time committed to being onsite with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with Diligent clients and key stakeholders, communicating the value of Moxi.
- Work cross functionally with the Growth/Product/Operations/Engineering teams to support clients with implementation, training, and ongoing success.
- Review customer requirements to ensure product compatibility.
- Interview clients to understand existing protocols for a variety of clinical workflows.
- Leverage client relationships to provide feedback from customers and act as customer advocate to internal teams at Diligent.
- Perform workflow validations and end-user training for new robots or expansions.
- Develop recommendations for super user programs at client sites and tailor the approach, timelines, and deliverables for successful super user engagement.
- Develop and own documentation to enhance training, user guides, procedures, and manuals for clients
- Proactively provide feedback to the organization on product performance with suggestions for product improvements and new product development
- Partner with the Client Success team to drive increases in utilization at client sites by exploring clinical workflows and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Contribute to the professional development of Diligent colleagues.
- Create desirable outcomes for company-wide OKRs (Objectives & Key Results).
- Reinforce pride in organizational success and overall vision and impact.
Qualifications
- You have a valid, unencumbered nursing license and/or 3+ years of relevant work experience in a clinical setting
- You have a passion for process improvement and excitement for introducing technology to impact interdisciplinary clinical professionals.Â
- You have the ability to interact and communicate positively and effectively with a variety of hospital stakeholders, including hospital leadership and frontline clinical teams.Â
- You are self-motivated, success oriented and demonstrated a collaborative, customer focused approach.
- You possess a natural interest in following healthcare technology industry trends to ensure our products and services are staying on the cutting edge.
- You’re driven by the success of clients, ensuring that you handle client issues efficiently and work toward resolution in a timely manner.
- You have Valid US Driver’s License required.
- You are able and willing to pass hospital vendor credentialing requirements – such as, but not limited to, drug screening, immunizations, training and background screening.
- You are an excellent team player, with outstanding communication skills.Â
