Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager will:

• Report to the Executive Director of Therapy
• Manage a cohort of providers being the main point of contact for clinical questions, career development, and caseload management
• Carry a partial caseload of university students
• Collaborate across teams to improve clinical quality and workflows
• Provide clinical support and coverage in emergency situations
• Participate in provider interviewing and onboarding and support provider engagement
• Create and modify clinical protocols

• 5+ years of experience of practicing high quality mental health counseling and psychotherapy
• 1+ of years of experience directly managing clinicians in a hospital or telehealth environment.
• Hold an independent, unrestricted licensure to practice counseling and/or psychotherapy (state equivalent of LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist etc.)
• Experiences using data to ensure clinical quality assurance
• Opened to getting licensed in multiple states
• Empathy for provider experience
• Experience at a venture-backed digital health company, not required but a major plus

The Salary for this position is $115000 - $135000, depending on experience.
