The Josie Robertson Surgery Center (JRSC) is a first-of-its-kind, freestanding outpatient and short-stay cancer surgery facility that delivers outstanding care to patients while applying the latest in surgical technology. Through the JRSC, we at MSK have developed a safe, efficient, patient-friendly, high-volume, high-quality, extended ambulatory surgical program committed to continual quality improvement and patient and provider happiness!

You Are:

• Committed and eager to accept new opportunities and tough challenges with high energy, and passion
• A good decision-maker, with shown success at making timely decisions that maintain high standards of nursing care within the organization
• Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged
• An effective communicator, capable of resolving how best to reach different audiences
• Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

You Will:

• Implement the nursing process for surgical patients in both the Pre-Surgical and Post Anesthesia Recovery area
• Provide intensive monitoring and nursing interventions postoperatively
• Cross-cover Peri-Anesthesia at Main Campus as necessary

You Need:

• NYS RN license; BLS, ACLS
• BSN strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of related clinical experience preferably in a critical care area

Pay Range

$119,000-$146,850
