Clinical Operations Associate

How you'll make an impact
As a Clinical Operations Associate, you will help support the continued success of clinical projects and programs ranging from clinical quality, clinical education, and provider programming. You will be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring and tracking KPIs, and working across departments and with company leaders to ensure success. You will join a team of clinically-minded professionals whose focus it is to execute SonderMind's clinical strategy as we continue to improve access and utilization of therapy services.
Success looks like
- Get up-to-speed on departmental objectives and in-flight initiatives, understand how clinical-owned initiatives interface cross-functionally with other departments and stakeholders.
- Take ownership over in-flight project planning execution around clinical initiatives
- Oversee day-to-day operations of 1 clinical strategic program, in collaboration with Director of Clinical Strategy and other clinical and cross-functional stakeholders
- Clearly develop and articulate project plans, hold stakeholders accountable, and drive toward quarterly KPIs
What you'll do
- Develop and execute on project plans related to clinical department initiatives, starting with clinical quality and provider clinical education needs.
- Partner with stakeholders from clinical, customer care, product, and analytics to stand up scalable processes related to connecting clients identified with high risk needs to timely care.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key metrics to track return on investment of various clinical engagement initiatives resulting in go/no-go decisions.
- Continually engage and update stakeholders as programs and initiatives evolve and scale.
- Assist in clinical department day-to-day operations including team meetings, progress reporting, data analyses, etc.
What you'll bring with you
Required Experience
- 2 years of project management experience, including demonstrated utilization of project management framework(s)
- Demonstrated ability to utilize data literacy skills toward data-driven decision-making
- Possess a proactive, inquisitive and self-motivated attitude
- Demonstrated ability to dive into unfamiliar territory, self-start, become a subject matter expert, and deliver high-quality work
- Comfort and aptitude with data visualization and company communication tools
- Ability to work within independent and collaborative environments
Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years healthcare technology and/or BH technology experience
- Previous experience with Salesforce

Our Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $70,000- $75,000. This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan. Actual title and compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
