- A Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5+ years of professional experience in the medical field with experience related to:
- Reproductive health
- Collaborating and communicating with medical providers (fertility clinics preferred)
- Reviewing and interpreting medical records
- Understanding of fertility procedure and diagnosis codes
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency with productivity and day-to-day tools (Google Suite, Pivot Tables, MacBook Tools)
- Ability to be analytical and data driven
- Awareness and understanding of reproductive and pregnancy care
- Experience working at a rapid growth organization
- Experience related to working with SART data and fertility billing
- Experience with OB/GYN, Menopause, and other areas of reproductive healthcare is a bonus
