Clinical Pharmacy Manager

CLINICAL PHARMACY MANAGER: Progressive Health System is looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Manager . The Clinical Pharmacy Manager assumes responsibility for overseeing institutional pharmacy clinical services. Facilitates the development, implementation, advancement, and maintenance of pharmacy clinical services. Promotes desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapies. Serves as a resource to other pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and health care professionals, as well as addresses the learning needs of staff. This is a Full Time, 40hr per week, benefited position. You will need to demonstrate the ability to lead and educate professional staff within clinical assignments; assist the Director of Pharmacy with the development of new and maintenance of existing pharmacy programs; train pharmacy staff and pharmacy students in regards to patient-focused pharmaceutical care.
