Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist on the U.S. Army Reserve health care team, you’ll supervise and conduct direct patient care for Soldiers and their families. You may also perform staff functions in health support, conduct medical research and participate in education and training. You may qualify to continue working in your community and serve when needed.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program acceptable to the Surgeon General
  • Completion of a one year American Psychological Association approved Clinical Psychology Internship
  • Current license to practice psychology
  • A U.S. citizen or a permanent resident
  • Must be between 21 and 40 years of age (may request a waiver)
