You Will..
- Manage credentialing requirements across multiple states
- Design educational programming for clinician onboarding and career development that ensure both clinical excellence as well as a superior clinician experienceĀ
- Leverage data to identify and influence cross-functional opportunities for process and product improvement
- Respond to clinical escalations at partner facilities
- Provide clinical training and remediation to clinicians as neededĀ
- Inform clinical training programsĀ Ā
- Serve as liaison to connectRN partner facilities and regulatory officials to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onboarding, product, human resources) to ensure clinical quality in all aspects of connectRN product and servicesĀ
- Evaluate existing curriculum for clinical performance as well as engagement to proactively implement educational and training strategies that are in compliance with partner facility, state and federal standards
- Gather and implement consistent feedback from clinical and business leadership on clinician quality and care setting readinessĀ
You Have...
- Active unencumbered Registered Nursing (RN) licenseĀ
- Experience in nursing leadership or management with a focus on nursing and clinical credentialing, compliance and clinical operations in post-acute care settings (e.g. skilled nursing, home health, etc) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated comfort interfacing with state licensing boards and regulatory agencies
- The ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently while responding and adapting to the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- A scrappy, can-do attitude and a passion for working in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to execute both autonomously and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
