The Role:
A Clinical Specialist (CLS) is a registered nurse who is responsible for screening clinical applicants before we allow them to gain access to our Medely professional platform. The CLS uses their industry expertise to carefully review resumes, conduct verbal and written interviews, and enable the professionals to complete Medely jobs. This role ensures that Medely has a steady supply of highly qualified healthcare professionals.Â
Medely Clinical Specialists exude high energy and excitement while working closely with healthcare professionals. This team is passionate about giving other healthcare professionals the opportunity to book the jobs that they want with the flexibility that they need.Â
What you'll do:
Conducting written and verbal screens to assess the clinical competency of healthcare professionals who wish to access the Medely platform.Â
Reviewing resumes and other application details.
Following-up with healthcare professionals to shepherd them through the application and onboarding process as needed.Â
Ensure that successful applicants are set up for success so that they quickly begin to complete jobs on the platform.
Sharing your enthusiasm for Medely with the applicants that you connect with each day.Â
Documenting details related to the screens and applications in Medely’s internal applicant tracking system.Â
Effectively managing your time to ensure you are processing a high volume of applicants each day.Â
Contributing to various projects related to the recruiting department as needed.Â
Learn and engage daily with Medely’s internal and external technology.Â
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, from 12:30pm - 9pm Central Time
What you'll need to have:
Current, unencumbered RN LicenseÂ
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality that shines through in both verbal and written communication.
High degree of personal organization and accountability.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Passion for collaborating and supporting others.Â
Home office & Internet Connection with DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection with upload speeds greater than 1Mbps
Flexibility to adapt and grow with evolving business needs.Â
Possess a good understanding of technology with the ability to navigate programs and applications easily.Â
Motivated to grow in product knowledge of Medely’s internal, evolving systems.Â
Recruiting experience is helpful, but not required.Â
