Responsibilities:

• Partner with General Managers and Clinical and Product leaders across the organization to design, implement, and refine high-priority clinical and non-clinical programs and services.  Projects will range from operational improvement efforts to greenfield marketscan initiatives, and specific responsibilities will vary across projects.
• Remain up-to-date on emerging evidence in digital health, healthcare quality, primary care, and navigation
• Clinically represent Included Health products and services in external meetings with customers and consultants

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree with completion of accredited residency program
• 2+ years of relevant consulting or clinical programmatic development experience
• Brings and applies deep content knowledge and expertise across multiple aspects of clinical care delivery, with experience practicing clinical medicine in inpatient and ambulatory settings
• Demonstrated experience successfully driving programmatic and clinical operational change through direct leadership and influence across clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Able to effectively communicate in a variety of formats and styles
• Comfort and proven ability utilizing a variety of data sources (quantitative inputs, qualitative assessments, and market insights) to derive insights and develop strategies
• Ability to thrive in unstructured, evolving environments
• Passionate about improving the quality and experience of clinical care delivered in the US healthcare system
