Imagen is experiencing hyper-growth, and the Talent team is responsible for both scaling existing departments and building new departments from the ground up!  We are looking for an experienced and energetic Clinical Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the charge in driving the growth of our clinical services team.  The Clinical Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for building, managing, innovating, and improving a full-life-cycle Clinical recruiting process.  They will partner with hiring managers on our Care Delivery team to develop talent strategies, assessment design, and closing processes.  This role will be responsible for motivating, inspiring, and leading two-three direct reports. The team will be focused on hiring across the country for top-caliber clinical professionals to fill the roles most critical to the business’s success.  Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Clinical recruiting and hiring roles such as radiologists, cardiologists, breast imagers, ultrasound techs, mammo techs, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster consultative partnerships with hiring managers to understand future expansion/new market development to create hiring plans that will meet growth goals and drive a more diverse clinical workforce
  • Create a diversified sourcing strategy including referral networks, targeted outreach, targeted job postings, and managing relationships with search firms
  • Stay in front of industry trends in healthcare recruitment, including location conditions, economic conditions, and competitive institutions, to develop innovative strategic plans to respond to these trends
  • Be a strategic advisor on messaging, job descriptions, or any external facing content/events to help impact our ability to acquire talent
  • Act as a coach and mentor and oversee individual and team performance expectations, KPIs, and day-to-day TA operations
  • Contribute to and help build a world-class recruitment process that focuses on candidate experience and finding top talent

You should get in touch if:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting for clinical healthcare positions
  • You have experience managing direct reports
  • You have a proven track record of managing mid to senior-level candidates from prospecting to closing and negotiating compensation packages      
  • You can be an exceptional partner with stakeholders at all levels, bringing to the table a solid emphasis on accountability, rigor, and high standards for talent 
  • You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills you are highly organized and can manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal guidance  
  • You have experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment

The base salary for the position is between $125,000 - $160,000, plus equity and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
