Clinician Onboarding Specialist- Hospitals

We are looking to hire a Hospital Clinician Onboarding Specialist to manage the hospital-based nurse recruitment process from lead generation to hire. Reporting to our Director of Operations of Hospitals, this Hospital Clinician Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for working in conjunction with internal teams (Product, Credentialing, Operations) to ensure that the recruiting and activation processes are meeting or exceeding company growth needs.

You will…

• Maintain a consistent onboarding experience for applicants across all Hospital-based roles and markets
• Participate in implementing and iterating on end-to-end funnel flow and automation using a data-driven approach
• Maintain acquisition pipeline, using data to increase the efficiency of workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Operations and Credentialing teams to ensure all recruitment funnels remain compliant
• Work closely with the VP and Director of Clinical Services to execute applicant goals and guarantee top-of-funnel applicants are receiving a consistent experience

You have…

• A few years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment or customer acquisition funnels
• Previous experience with Fountain, Checkr, Sterling, and other similar ATS, credentialing, and background check services is a plus
• Excellent communicator but also process-driven, analytically oriented, and love using data to make decisions
