This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Closer in the United States.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end real estate closing process for a variety of transactions, including residential, commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshares. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, lenders, and internal teams, ensuring that every transaction is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with contracts, title requirements, and company standards. The role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail, making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will work independently while collaborating with related teams to resolve complex or atypical challenges, contributing to the overall effectiveness and reputation of the organization. This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in real estate closings who thrives in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the complete real estate closing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, and company standards.
  • Provide high-level customer service and proactive communication to internal and external stakeholders throughout the closing process.
  • Collaborate with related teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of tasks, resolving complex or atypical issues when they arise.
  • Utilize discretion to modify work practices and processes to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  • Serve as a resource for less experienced team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organizational objectives.

  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate closings or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, escrow procedures, title requirements, and lender instructions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex information clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle atypical or complex issues independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
