As we continue this journey….Cloud Adoption and Onboarding lead will own management of an internal function to drive Cloud Hub support coverage expansion, to remove dependency and costs for 3rd party services attached to onboarding activities. 

The function will promote centralised management of Cloud assets and ensure strategic tooling is installed on all customer supported workloads for monitoring, observability, security, compliance, and controls to operate effectively.

The role will report to Cloud Business Affairs Lead and work closely with Cloud Customer Success, Cloud Engineering and GTS stakeholders with OpCo's 

What you'll be doing:

• Own hiring and management of the internal Onboarding team
• Manage 3rd party resources where required and act as an escalation point across the programmes for Onboarding activities
• Own Cloud Hub support offering as a product offering for Public Cloud Providers
• Work closely with CyberSecurity, FinOps and Identity management teams to build and manage the support package offering
• Manage all aspects of Onboarding to Cloud Hub support
• Establish practices and drive automation to streamline onboarding to Cloud Hub support
• Work with relevant stakeholders on orchestrating the tenant ownership transition.
• Track the benefits of cloud onboarding and report them to senior leadership
• Manage all aspects of engagement with Tenant owners, Archetype leads and transformations teams.

• Cloud Foundations Azure and GCP
• Strong Technical Problem Solving
• Basic understanding of Cyber security tooling
• SAFe Agile practitioner
• Site Reliability Engineering concepts and Service Management
• Scrum Master, Product Owner certification
• Proactive and meticulous approach to work
• Ability to communicate at different seniority levels effectively
