Cloud Data Architect

About the team: You will join an architecture team that works across multiple product lines and with hundreds of engineers. You will be working with engineering teams product managers and other architects to help set the direction for platforms across the enterprise.

What you will do: In this role you'll lead the development of advanced data pipelines to enhance communication between services prioritizing applications like VBC and VCC within contact centers. Your focus will be on modernizing pipelines using technologies such as Kafka Snowflake ensuring robust data security and multi-tenancy. You'll drive the establishment of best practices improve visibility and shape the direction of internal data communication. Additionally you'll provide strategic guidance to the development team empowering them to leverage data effectively. Requirements for Consideration: We're seeking a candidate with a proven track record in constructing data pipelines and orchestrating data flow across diverse systems particularly in modern multi-tenant customer-facing environments. Additionally experience in harnessing data pipelines to fuel Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives is essential. Other requirements include:

• Proven experience in architecting scalable cloud-based data solutions for varied external clients

• 10+ years in software development

• Comprehensive understanding of all facets of software development

• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure

• Previous experience in a comparable technical leadership position

• Familiarity with technologies such as Kafka Snowflake Flink or Looker
