BlackStone eIT is a leading technology company specializing in cloud solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Data Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Data Architect at BlackStone eIT, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures in the cloud.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, identify data sources, and design data models that meet the needs of our clients. You will also collaborate with cloud engineers to optimize data storage and processing solutions in the cloud environment. We are looking for individuals who have a deep understanding of cloud technologies and data management best practices.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cloud data architecture solutions that align with business goals and requirements
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data storage and processing solutions in the cloud
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate data models
  • Identify data sources and establish data integration and ingestion strategies
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and quality checks
  • Optimize data storage and processing solutions for performance and cost efficiency
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cloud engineers and data analysts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and data management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Cloud Data Architect or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures in the cloud
  • Knowledge of data management best practices, data governance, and data quality
  • Experience with data integration and ingestion strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
