To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Cloud DevOps Engineer located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Director, IT, We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and Configuration Management with Ansible. Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems is required, primarily to support writing effective IaC and configuration management code. Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or vSphere) is required, with experience in more than one being a plus. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills while contributing to our DevOps practices.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assist in designing and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Support the development and maintenance of configuration management with Ansible, Puppet
• Contribute to the management of source control Git and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and Gitlab.
• Help build, deploy, and manage containers using Docker, Podman, LXC and Kubernetes.
• Work with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or vSphere).
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline infrastructure management and application deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable code for internal tools and automation scripts.
• Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Document processes, infrastructure, and configuration changes.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control and pipeline management.
• Understanding of containerization.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Strong understanding for version control, including branching, merging, rebasing, and resolving conflicts, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development using Git.
• Experience with automation through scripting for CI/CD tools.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or vSphere).
• Software development skills, including scripting and automation (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
