The Cloud Engineer has demonstrated knowledge in systems analysis and design, process engineering, configuration management and secure deployment practices.Â
As the Cloud engineer expert, you will work with development teams, infrastructure, and other stakeholders to drive and enable the migration of on-premises applications to cloud native design and deployment methodologies.
Job Duties:- Day to day responsibilities include contributing to architecture, establishing and expanding DevSecOps capabilities in conjunction with the Delivery team to improve the efficiency of the team and customer users.
- Responsible for delivering working systems, complete with test cases and documentation, to support a containerized, orchestrated multi-component environment.
- Experienced in a fast-paced environment while working under technical guidance.Â
- This position may require a US Government Clearance, which requires US Citizenship
- Using secure development and deployments technologies, automated configuration management, and microservices orchestration on cloud platforms
- Experience with Docker or similar containerization, programming or scripting in a major language, years working with CI/CD techniques, and cybersecurity concepts for hardening systems and meeting compliance regimes
- Significant knowledge of security best practices for client-server product architectures, focusing predominantly on cloud-based server development.
- Create, maintain, and manage multiple cloud environments to support development, integration, and delivery.Â
