What You'll Do
  • Understand business goals and drivers and translate those into an appropriate technical solution
  • Engineer and deliver solutions in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and/or Amazon Web Services using industry standards and best practices
  • Gather technical requirements, assess client capabilities and analyze findings to provide cloud solution recommendations and adoption strategy
  • Contribute to the conceptual, logical and physical design for cloud-based solutions
  • Research, analyze, and select technical approaches for solving challenging development and integration problems
  • Learn and adopt new tools and techniques to increase performance, automation and scalability
  • Collaborate as part of larger delivery teams which may include project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, and change management professionals

What You'll Bring
  • B.S. in Computer Science, related fields or commensurate work experience
  • 3+ years engineering and implementing solutions on Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure
  • 3+ years previous consulting experience, especially a Big 4 consulting firms or specialty cloud consulting firms (Preferred)
  • Deep product knowledge and understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, Automation and DevOps, Containerization, Virtualization, Robotic Process Automation
  • Experience integrating Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, web Single Sign-on (SSO), OAuth and related authentication technologies with public cloud solutions
  • Experience with networking principles and technologies (DNS, Load Balancers, Reverse Proxies)
  • Performance analysis, troubleshooting and remediation techniques
  • High Availability and Disaster Recovery principles, patterns and usage
  • Understanding of cloud ecosystem and emerging cloud technologies
  • Certifications at a practitioner level or greater from Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure
  • Practical experience sizing hardware and storage needs
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team
