Cloud Engineer (Azure)

Join a specialized team working to migrate a leading proprietary data platform to the Cloud. You will help build a secure, scalable, robust, modular framework that supports a variety of different services and allows customers to effortlessly access their data.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver modular cloud-based solutions.
• Optimize cloud applications for performance, uptime, and scaling.
• Ensure security and monitoring of the cloud infrastructure.
• Work with product management, support, QA, and documentation teams.

Required Experience

• 4+ years of experience with Azure or other cloud computing platform.
• Experience with C++, Java, or Python.
• Desire to work in a full-stack environment.
• Experience and knowledge of Source Code Management or Version Control systems (Git, Perforce, Subversion).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and support highly available solutions.
• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, privacy, data security, security patterns, and compliance control.
• BS in computer science or a related field.

Preferred Experience

• Azure Certification (AZ-900, AZ-203, AZ-300 or similar).
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or similar (KCNA, CKAD, CKS).
