Application Development Analyst - Cloud COE

YOUR ROLE

As an IT team member, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve - now and in the future.

What you will be doing• Driving adoption, automation, and optimization of new & existing technologies that support DevSecOps paradigms• Building IT solutions on high performance, scalable, and flexible infrastructure on premise and in the cloud• Aiding developer and business stakeholders in the efficient and secure use of in-scope tools and solutions• Developing repeatable infrastructure-as-code automation via Terraform• Supporting existing DevSecOps tools and continuously refining our ecosystem to meet emergent customer needs

What you bring• A positive, customer-first attitude• A demonstrated background in process improvement, automation, and support• 2+ years in architecture and/or cloud-native roles• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Experience with DevSecOps paradigms (i.e., CI/CD, automated deployments, Kubernetes, containerization, etc)• A passion for building cloud hosted solutions and ecosystems across multiple cloud providers
