Cloud Engineer w. Openshift

Your Role and Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Provide debugging and troubleshooting support for RH OpenShift Container Platform environment and for the application running on top of it.
• Monitor Openshift clusters (Healthchecks) and perform clean-up processes when needed.
• Document processes in Confluence
• Work on tickets (incidents, tasks, service requests) in Jira (ticketing tool).
• Basic knowledge on scripting and able to automate simple regular tasks

Technologies Used:
OpenShift, Podman, EventStreams, ELK Stack, Artifactory, Grafana, Prometheus, Scripting (Bash), AWS S3, vCenter,Jira, Confluence

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience with RedHat OpenShift Version 4.
• Good understanding of RedHat ACM for provisioning and managing clusters.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory for access management
• Act as technical reviewer for operational documentation.
• Desire to automate regular tasks
