Cloud Engineering Consultant

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to serve as a consultant on our team to support clients in a growing technical team with people who truly care about you and your ideas. This role will sit on our Software Architecture & Development team and will work with clients directly in an agile environment.

Location: United States, Remote

Note: While you may be located anywhere in the U.S. for this role, many of our clients work in the Pacific Time Zone, so willingness to work in PT is required.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science or a similar field
• 3+ years of experience with cloud computing
• Experience with CI/CD systems
• Ability to collaborate and analyze directly with clients
• Client management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certifications
• Experience in a consulting environment and integrating with both consulting and client teams

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions
• Advise clients and teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based systems for clients
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices
• Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security
• Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needs
