The Cloud Experience Associate will serve as a liaison between SIS and its clients, ensuring excellent client service and client loyalty.

The Cloud Experience Associate is a high-profile client-facing role requiring outstanding client relationship, management, and communication skills to drive client reference ability, SIS Complete adoption, and client engagement.

ESSENTIAL/DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position is located in our Corporate HQ located in Alpharetta, GA
  • Conduct frequent client engagements virtually or in person to assess client status with SIS Complete regarding utilization, adoption of new features and functions, and loyalty.
  • Maintain knowledge of ASC industry and SIS product market.
  • Based on client feedback and assessments, provide recommendations for improvement, for product features/functions, client onboarding, customer support, sales, and account services
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure products and services are achieving desired results and expected value.
  • Track success through metrics such as client engagement scores, measures of churn, solution utilization, and develop improvement plans with Cloud Experience Managers.
  • Promote strategic alignment between Client and SIS.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to develop client loyalty and product utilization.
  • Engage with ASC stakeholders at all levels to understand client strategic goals and issues to ensure optimized SIS solutions toward those goals
  • Drive client adoption and utilization of SIS Complete modules, features, and functions
  • Reference ability: Achieve % reference ability as per annual corporate goals within assigned region/client portfolio. Identify clients for reference and showcase accounts.
  • Demonstrate and train on new features/functions or add-on solutions/modules.
  • Provide regular updates on campaigns that directly affect each client (examples include but are not limited to new add on features that are available, personal outreach for trainings / webinars / conferences).
  • Act as a liaison to the Sales Team for add-on product opportunities as well as referrals for new facility development opportunities.
  • Identify client-associated risks and provide actions or solutions, and escalate as needed.
  • Document client interactions and associated programs and key performance indicators/metrics.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent military/work experience
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • 1-3 years prior experience in customer facing roles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of customers
  • Must demonstrate analytical thinking skills
  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing an industry leading client experience
  • Self-directed initiative, and a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry, ASC industry preferred.
  • Skill in interpersonal communication, both verbal and written, across all levels of an organization.
  • Must be able to motivate others to learn.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment while taking ownership for one's assigned clients.
  • Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them to new situations.
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Experience with ASC clinical operations and practice management functions, including revenue cycle management desired.
