Your Life As A Maven:

Our consultants work collaboratively with clients to implement frameworks and governance for multi cloud cloud cost management. In this role you will consult clients on cloud cost management maturity, work collaboratively with our Managed Service team on cost optimization efforts, and deliver workshops and assessments. 

• Prepare and present cloud spend updates and recommendations to client teams.
• Evaluate historical cloud spend to identify patterns and opportunities for cost reduction or optimization.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess cloud spend risks and opportunities.
• Implement and configure cost visibility dashboards and prepare ad hoc financial analysis.
• Deliver workshops and assessments, such as a FinOps Maturity Health Check
• Partner with the Managed Service team on continuous improvement activities for  cloud cost optimization. 
• Contribute to internal and customer-facing initiatives, such as development of cost anomaly detection solutions.

Your Expertise:

• 1+ years of experience creating financial models in Sheets/Excel for forecasting and analysis.
• 1+ years of experience performing cost/spend management, preferably with a Public Cloud. 
• Public Cloud cost/spend management and tools (GCP Cloud Console & VM Ware Cloudhealth, etc).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting,  Economics or a related field.
• FinOps Practitioner certification and/or Cloud Certification a plus.
