Job Description:

Our next Cloud Operations Engineer will operate Logility Cloud Platform hosting systems including Network, Domains, Servers, Firewalls, and associated Azure resources.They will actively address service desk ticket queue and assigned tasks and projects while conducting analysis and troubleshooting to sustain and improve the Logility Cloud Platform.The next Cloud Operations Engineer will execute Logility Cloud Platform provisioning and upgrades, contribute to joint R&D scrum team initiatives, and will need to participate in the on-call rotation.

The Cloud Operations Engineer will also need to be an expert in Azure portal administration along with having General Azure Active Directory and Windows Server administration knowledge and a basic understanding of SQL Server administration. Other skills need in this role will include: General PowerShell and Bicep authorizing and maintenance, general IT knowledge (SSL, SSO, File Transfer), and general Networking knowledge (routing, VPN, DNS).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of general Windows-focused IT administration experience
    • Active Directory
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Microsoft IIS Web Server
    • General networking (Site-to-site VPN, DNS, TLS Certificates)
    • SAML and OIDC Single Sign On configuration
  • 2+ years of Azure administration experience in several of the following services
    • Azure Virtual Machine
    • Azure Backup
    • Azure Kubernetes Service
    • Azure SQL Database
    • Azure App Service
    • Azure Monitor & Log Analytics
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and other modern deployment practices
