This position will be responsible for the governance of continuous Process Improvement for the Genesys cloud platform. You will work with relevant teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance the processes within the Genesys cloud platform.

Requirements

• Technical capabilities in Genesys cloud technologies
• Experience in creating and executing call center technology strategies
• Understanding of business continuity concepts and technologies
• Ability to communicate appropriately and clearly with executive leadership
• Proactive in solving problems and improving processes
• Flexibility to balance multiple work streams and adjust to multiple demands in a dynamic environment to meet overall objectives
• Understanding of cultural differences and the ability to work well with cross cultural teams across the globe
• Ability to communicate risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
• Creativity to analyze and solve complex problems
