Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a Cloud Platform Administrator to join our talented Business Intelligence & Reporting Team in our Technology & Innovation Lab in Pittsburgh.
Reporting to the BI Platform Manager, the Cloud Platform Admin will be a part of a dynamic team supporting the maintenance of BI platforms tools including Informatica, Snowflake, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, and Crystal Reports.

Reporting to the BI Platform Manager, the Cloud Platform Admin will be a part of a dynamic team supporting the maintenance of BI platforms tools including Informatica, Snowflake, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, and Crystal Reports.
How you will make a difference as a Cloud Platform Administrator at Fragomen:
- Will be responsible for supporting Informatica initiatives
- Will be responsible for Informatica Server maintenance, Production Job monitoring and all other admin activities
- Perform root cause analysis to analyze issues and report results back to the lead
- Perform server management tasks as directed such as installing patches, debugging software related issues, researching issues with vendor and / or vendor technical support systems and answering questions from developers on software related issues
- Good Understanding of Cloud concepts, AWS
- Troubleshoot issues and train users on the use of the reports.
- Collaborate with various teams within the business and in IT, to ensure the reports are built consistent with requirements.
- Monitoring and upkeep of BI environments.
- Serve as the BI platform administrator with ability to: quickly adapt to new systems and data models, work in a highly collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
- Review and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers and functions as well as SSIS ETL processes to provide optimal performance.
- Build, promote and maintain reports and dashboards within Tableau, SSRS and Business Objects suite (Webi and Crystal Reports) using Microsoft SQL Server databases.

- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in BI, Platform management.
- Experience working with Informatica Cloud (IDMC)
- Experience working on Informatica admin activities and support
- Experience on Informatica Data Quality
- Good working knowledge of ETL tool within Informatica
- Should have good experience with Informatica Admin console.
- Experience in administering Informatica accounts, data security and governance
- Expert SQL Server 2012+ development skills with emphasis on:
- Development of Transact SQL stored procedures and functions
- Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning
- Data Modelling and Analysis
- Experience with Snowflake is a plus:
- Develop Build & maintain mission critical centralized data platform using Snowflake with understanding of Snowflake architecture and Azure/AWS is a plus
- Experience in administering Snowflake accounts data security and governance is plus.
- Administer disaster recovery, backup and data replication for BI Platforms.
- Should be able to suggest the best suitable architecture & configuration, sizing for servers in various environments and platforms
- SSIS will be a plus but is not required
- Experience with Tableau and SAP BO is a plus
- Experience with SAP Business object BI 4.X suite of tools is a plus with emphasis on
- Building and maintaining Webi universes
- User access
- Crystal Reports (using stored procedures)
- Server maintenance and monitoring
- Good Knowledge of BI best practices
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Business and system analysis skills
- Sound knowledge of the SDLC process
