Cloud Platform Services - Sr. Service Delivery Conslt. - Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:
Responsible for managing and fostering strong relationships and partnerships across different technology organizations. This individual will act as a broker for escalations and unresolved issues along with complex service requests using consulting and conflict resolution skills, proactively drive innovative business solutions, and use technical, enterprise, and business knowledge to work across structures to meet customer and organizational needs. Works as a senior team member who understands the initiatives, portfolio and expectations for infrastructure delivery needs.
Required Skills
• 5-7 years of experience in operational and project roles
• 1-2 years of experience with agile and service management tools (Jira, Confluence, Remedy)
• 1-2 years of experience with multiple methodologies (Project management, ITIL, Scrum, Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, SAFe, Lean)
• Technical acumen covering a wide variety of technologies (network, compute, cloud compute, storage, containers, software development, scripting, etc.)
• Critical thinking, use of logic and reason to identify advantages and downsides of solutions
• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to details
• Ability to understand and communicate Infrastructure strategies, services and products to the partner teams and act as an advocate.
• Ensure that infrastructure scope aligns with key strategic offerings by working with engineering, product management, product owners and other stakeholders.

Pay and benefits information
Jersey City pay range:
$120,000 - $160,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
