Enterprise Cloud Platforms Team:
Enterprise Cloud Platforms team in the CTO organization offers Private and Public Cloud platforms for Bank of America's developers to drive faster time-to-market, innovation with private and public cloud capabilities, and reduce complexity with bult-in integrations. We believe in high quality engineering culture to engineer our platforms with customer and platform mindset, design for large enterprise scale and resilience, and accelerate market innovation into the technical platforms we deliver.
As part of this team, you will have a large impact on the evolution of next generation Cloud services for Bank of America and explore an extensive list of new technologies that will drive innovation across our company.
We are looking to hire a highly experienced Technical Product Manager focused on our cloud financial operations (FinOps) space who will help facilitate, develop, and complete roadmap deliverables for Enterprise Cloud Platforms. This role will work closely in supporting the technology executives with coordination of tasks, issues, and risks through partnership with Technical Leads, Vendors, Project Managers on the program and across various Lines of Business.
Position Summary:
- Reporting to the product management office, responsible to co-lead with other Technical Product Managers through the process collating requirements, designing, engineering new products in the cloud financial operations space.
- Understanding the user needs, be responsible for the development of current and future products that are required in the cloud financial operations space.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders both technical and non-technical to deliver the objectives of the products.
- Produce optimization reporting to cloud stakeholders, educating stakeholders on cost, utilization drivers and patterns.
- Designing and implementing tagging solutions for controlling, tracking, and allocating cloud platform costs incurred by individual lines of business.
- Create and maintain cloud resource tagging to establish ownership and accountability for cloud spend.
- Identify and measure the appropriate KPIs to measure success in delivering the product.
- Work in conjunction with finance officers, architects, and engineers in the delivery of product features to the user community.
Required Skills:
- Experience working with cloud services providers (CSPs).
- 3+ years' experience as a technical product manager.
- Demonstrable subject matter expert understanding of FinOps within an enterprise and understanding of product maturity in the wider industry.
- Competency in implementing operating model for FinOps products and influencing continuous improvement of products.
- Experience with managing financial operations within an external cloud platform.
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational, leadership, communication, coaching, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technology to senior stakeholders across multiple lines of business.
- Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables.
- Working knowledge Application Lifecycle Management.

Pay and benefits information
Jersey City pay range:
$115,800 - $213,500 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
