You'll join the fast growing organization Managed Security Services, leading the Security Services delivered by Nokia and dedicated to secure critical infrastructure against modern day security threats, including disruptive technologies such as Cloud, IoT, virtualization, 5G, etc.

The Product Line is thus responsible for many activities, such as conceptualization of products, identification of target addressable market, planning & budgeting, business case development, writing customer value proposition and go-to-market strategy, development of sales/pre-sales capability, pushing marketing initiatives, organising delivery models & readiness including program for capability development, incubation of products , market launch, sustenance & growth management as well as P&L governance.

Job summary

Nokia is looking for a technically sound cloud security expert to lead the design, build, implementation and testing of IT and/or Telecom cloud security solutions and services. To be successful the cloud security expert should have a strong understanding of information security, cloud security architecture, solutions, and products.

Main Responsibility Areas:

Subject matter expertise (20%):

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for cloud security solutions : CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker), CWPP (Cloud Workload Protection Platform), CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), etc. (Knowledge of more than one topic is a plus)
  • Ensure a technological watch and competitive analysis on existing commercial and open-source cloud security solutions and products.
  • Ensure a technological watch on emerging 3GPP security requirements (e.g., 4G, 5G, etc.), ITU-T x.805, ISO27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and related standards.

Pre-sales support (40%):

  • Provide a support to pre-sales' technical inquiries, assess the customers' requirements, design technical and business-sound solutions, and attend customers' meetings to provide technical clarifications and presentations (possibly requiring travelling).
  • Review organizations' cloud security requirements, analyze weaknesses, and recommend enhancements.

Products development (40%):

  • Develop practice and service blueprint around cloud security as a service.
  • Work closely with product vendors and partners to select and assess new security products, follow-up on their features' roadmaps and provide a support to product management's technical inquiries.
  • Design, build, implement and test cloud security solutions for complex IT and Telecom infrastructures.
  • Create technical documentations, presentations and deliver competence development materials and trainings to relevant key stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

Technical Competencies:

  • Masters or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field such as cyber security or cloud computing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the management of cloud security products and solutions, such as CASB, CWPP, CSPM and CNAPP.
  • Experience in cloud security architecture, engineering, and project delivery.
  • Operational experience deploying and supporting security solution in IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS.
  • Extensive background and knowledge of SaaS applications, Proxy/API architecture, Cloud security, Identity Access Management, Data Compliance Management, SSO, and Shadow IT.
  • Good knowledge on Cloud technologies and platforms, such as: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, OpenStack, vSphere, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

Soft Skills:

  • High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity.
  • High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision while being resilient to change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Must be a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Strong understanding of Networking and Security technologies: AWS and GCP native security controls, Firewall, NIDS/NIPS, WAF, Antivirus, Identity & Access Management, SIEM, DevSecOps, Web Application Firewalls.
  • Experience in designing & implementing security controls for hybrid cloud Infrastructure like AWS, Azure and On-prem.
  • Knowledge on Networks: LAN, WAN, MPLS, SDN, NFV, Network Capacity Planning, Routing, Proxy Servers, wired and wireless Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure Services (DNS, DHCP, CA, Directory Services), Load Balancing, VPN technologies, SSL certificates and Firewalls.
  • Relevant industry certification like AWS Certified Security, CompTIA Cloud+, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), etc.
