Job Description:

M&S Consulting is looking to hire the following individuals to support upcoming opportunities within a Government Agency.

SME Level - Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. A Subject Matter Expert is an individual whose qualifications and/or expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Performs the following kinds of functions:

• Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project's inception to a conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs
• Provides strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff
• Provides detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission-critical challenges/issues
• Consult with clients to define needs or problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
• Comprehensive domain and skills knowledge is needed to ensure effective decision-making, which may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
• May supervise others
• Minimum of 10 years' experience. In the absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level.

Cloud Solution Architect:

• The Cloud Solutions Architect develops strategies for cloud-based platforms.
• Translates business needs into long-term architecture solutions.
• Develops and designs solutions as needed, evaluating multiple software platforms and integrating systems.
• Able to design automation for cloud resources using DevOps best practices.
• Acts as highest-level technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
• Responsible for project completion.
• Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
• May lead a large development team in the design of highly complex software systems.
