Cloud Systems Engineer II - Ireland

We are looking for smart engineers with proven experience in building, operating and supporting private cloud technologies using tools like Openstack, Kubernetes, and Hashicorp Vault. We love candidates who are inventive Linux enthusiasts and want to make a difference in how we operate.

As part of our Cloud Systems team, you will be a critical part of enabling a leading international ecommerce business to succeed. You will collaborate with others who are as passionate as you are about leveraging opensource technology to solve interesting problems and providing solutions that are scalable, secure, reliable and performant.

Required Skills:

• Fluency and proven expertise with Linux/Unix

• Experience building and operating OpenStack private clouds, including expertise in Keystone, Nova, Ceph, Neutron, Kolla, Cinder, Glance, RabbitMQ, and clustered MySQL using Galera

• Experience building and operating Kubernetes clusters, including expertise in kubeadm, ArgoRollouts, ArgoCD, Cilium (for network egress enforcement)

Additional Desired Experience:

• Hashicorp vault administration

• Stackstorm administration

• NetApp Trident storage for Kubernetes

• Postgres

• Python scripting

• GCP (or other enterprise Cloud service AWS/Azure)

• PGO (Kubernetes Postgres Operator)
