Cloud Systems Engineer (India)

As a Cloud Systems Engineer, you'll manage and monitor cloud resources and services, troubleshoot and configure applications, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards like SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR. You'll work with the latest technologies and implement best practices for securing our systems. Automation, scaling, and deployment of cloud-based systems will be part of your daily routine. Collaborating with teams across the organization to integrate applications with cloud apps and optimizing costs will also be an essential part of this role.

• Be the engineering expert on our wide array of enterprise SaaS applications
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop solutions
• Own the automation and user life cycle for our SaaS portfolio, including but not limited to system configuration, on/offboarding for access, license assignment and auditing, and data management
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards like SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
• Fully document engineered solutions and workflows, and create deployment runbooks
• Develop, deploy, and test API integrations with internal and external platforms and services
• Develop and build custom bots and integrations 
• Participate in team on-call rotation

• 5+ years proven track record of success in navigating the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a hypergrowth startup and a career progression demonstrating adaptability and leadership capabilities
• 5+ years of hands-on experience integrating enterprise SaaS applications such as AWS, Salesforce, and Workday, to streamline business processes and enhance productivity
• 5+ years of hands-on experience rapidly scaling industry-leading IAM solutions such as Okta, Microsoft Identity, and Google Identity
• 5+ years of experience rapidly scaling SaaS applications
• 3+ years of experience using PHP, Python, or NestJS
• 3+ years of experience developing APIs for SaaS integrations 
• Knowledge of best practices around data and engineering security

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large Google Workspace, Slack, or Workday infrastructures at scale
• 2+ years of experience developing custom Slack apps/bots
• 2+ years of experience deploying or administering enterprise ticketing systems
• Front-end and/or full-stack end-to-end development experience
• Knowledge of Google Admin SDK and Google APIs
• Preparing a company for an IPO
