What You'll Do

Practice Building:

  • Oversee overall growth of practice area through a combination of relationship building, thought leadership, solution offering development, and representing Slaloms capabilities throughout the market.
  • Collaborate with vendors and alliance partners to bring best in class offerings to scale impact at our clients.
Team Development:

  • Maximize team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction as well as expanding our talent base through new recruiting efforts to modernize and diversify our offerings.
Engagement Management:
  • Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
  • Manage executive and Senior executive-level client stakeholder relationships
What You'll Bring
  • Inspiration and mentorship of next generation of technical leaders
  • Demonstrated success architecting cloud-based solutions, including systems integrations preferably with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud (GCP) and working cross functionally across practice teams and business units.
  • Experience building and managing cloud technology including migrating workloads to the cloud and cloud native software development practices and processes.
  • Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e. growing new account/clients from the ground up
  • Expert business operations experience (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margins, utilization) including managing P/Ls.
