Summary:

The Club Memory® Outreach Coordinatorreaches out tocommunities of faith, clubs, sororities and other organizations to recruit persons living with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia and their family members to Club Memory. The outreach coordinator also manages the Community Health Fairs on behalf of the Club Memory team and suggests new spaces for programs.

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Marketing experience and experience working with those with dementia preferred.
