What you're applying for
We're seeking a Physical Damage Advocate to support our claims organization.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Lemonade policyholders, vendors, and claimants to quickly find a resolution to various car-related physical damage claims. You'll work diligently to ensure that we thoroughly, accurately, and swiftly investigate and resolve claims, all while maintaining a a customer-first mindset.

What you're applying for

What you'll do
- Receive, review, investigate, and resolve numerous physical damage claims
- Send correspondence to multiple parties involved in the claims process
- Engage in policy interpretation, identify coverage issues, and make comparative negligence liability decisions
- Work with our leadership team and your peers to streamline workflows and improve efficiencies
- Collaborate with Advocates and Champs to ensure that we are delivering the world-class customer experience we've promised
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, virtual meetings, and in-person events
What you'll need
- 3+ years experience in customer service with 2+ years handling physical damage auto claims at an auto insurance carrier
- Extensive knowledge of the total-loss process
- Strong understanding of limits issues and authority
- Licensed as a Property & Casualty Adjuster in your resident state - preferred
