We're looking for a professional animal lover to join us as a Pet Claims Experience Champion.
You'll manage customer communications for our Pet Claims Experience team, bridging the gap between pet parents and the world of pet insurance. Working closely with our Pet Claims Advocates, you'll be responsible for showing an unparalleled level of kindness to our customers and their fur families.
What You'll Do

• Talk through claim questions with our policyholders over the phone or through email
• Answer emails from our pet parents and help get the pet's documents sent to the right policy
• Coordinate with our CLX Advocates and CX team members to best serve our customers

What You Need

• 1+ years of recent customer service experience (within the last 3 years), in an animal industry-related role
• Unparalleled love and empathy for four-legged friends
• Humility and kindness; you are fulfilled by helping other people and their pets
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• An understanding of what it takes to create a memorable customer experience
• Passion for working for a start-up that is disrupting an industry; a hunger to learn and grow within Lemonade
• Comfortable adapting to new technologies and business tools, and adept at multitasking
