As CMC Demand and Supply Hub Lead you will Lead local Demand & Supply team, ensure effective resources allocation, drive sustainable operations, and manage team performance.

Major Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the definition of resources needs according to projects workload projections. Ensure on-boarding, learning/trainings, mentoring of newcomers (tools and process), knowledge sharing and facilitate development of team expertise.

• Experience in project management combined with strong knowledge inR&D project development, CMC, clinical and supply management.
  
• Advanced skills in using digital tools, Power BI, Excel and supply chain tools (ERP and forecast planning)
  
• Management of teams in matrix organization. Team leadership, organizational skill, interpersonal skill, strong communication skill, results oriented, decision making.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated ability to convey critical and sensitive information in a highly professional manner. Stakeholder management, ability to interact effectively with senior management.
  
• Listening, Influencing and negotiation skills to build solutions and partnership. Ability to take initiative, work well under pressure and work with people from different functions.
  
• Developed leadership including solid sense of purpose and ability to solve problem. Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills. Update or contribution to the update of quality documents
  
• Education: Bachelor's degree (engineer, pharmacist) or higher, PhD, GMP certification is a must
