Job Description

Job Scope: CMM Programmer JR-051881

• Candidate must have extensive experience of CMM (coordinate measuring machine) Programming by using PC-DMIS CAD++ software.
• Should have exposure to online CMM programming methods and procedures.
• Liaison with Shop Floor for clarifications pertaining to projects.
• Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Engineer with Machining Background
• Experienced in machine simulation software's CATIA/VERICUT/ICAM and machine Configuration setting.
• Should be proficient enough to create manufacturing Process inspection sheets.

Basic Qualification & Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or bachelor’s degree 3 to 6 years of manufacturing experience will be considered.
• Candidate should be proficient in generating CMM programming for aerospace/Landing gear parts /structural components by using PC-DMIS 2023.1 or latest version
• Should have solid experience of Creating irregular surface with clouds of points.
• Should have skills of optimizing the CMM programs for various operations.
• Require extensive experience in deciding selection of probes and probe heads for the specific operations.
• Understand all GD&T symbols and should be able to apply for manufacturing process and their applications.
• Work location: Papendrecht, Netherlands
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Access & Excel.
• Excellent reporting and writing skills.
• You speak and write English well. Dutch is also important.
• Working times will be in a 2-shift system (07:00-15:30 and 15:30-00:00 or 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-11:00)
