Essential Functions:

• Create and verify CMM programs using CAMIO software to inspect manufactured parts.
• Perform inspections using CMM equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and programming procedures.
• Carry out checks of aircraft components and any other associated documentation to establish components serviceability.
• Update all applicable systems to provide evidence of components' serviceability.
• PC work including engine shop manual, SAP and all other relevant references and instructions.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Proficiency in programming CMM equipment. Familiarisation training can be given on CAMIO systems.
• Experience with quality inspection techniques and equipment.
• Must have served a recognised engineering apprenticeship or Mechanical apprenticeship with relevant industry experience.
• Precise attention to detail.
• High level of concentration.
• Detailed understanding of components.
• Ability to work on your own and with limited supervision
