Job Summary

The CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment and facilities departments.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the CMMS software system ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
• Develop and implement CMMS procedures and protocols to streamline maintenance processes.
• Analyze CMMS data to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance operations.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule based on equipment specifications, manufacturer recommendations, and historical data.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians to schedule and prioritize preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and calibrations.
• Follow up on repairs and records maintain compliance with ISO requirements and document for the department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical degree or bachelor's degree a plus
• Proven experience in CMMS administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge in CMMS software and Microsoft applications.
