CMO eContent Lead

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality eLearning content, including instructional materials, assessments, multimedia elements, and interactive exercises, tailored to meet specific learning objectives
• Curriculum Design: Outline course structures, learning paths, and engaging learning activities that align with instructional goals and client requirements
• Multimedia Integration: Integrate various multimedia elements, such as videos, audio, animations, and graphics, to enhance learner engagement and comprehension
• Adaptation of Content: Adapt existing classroom-based materials or content into interactive and effective eLearning modules, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal user experiences
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in eLearning to continuously improve course development strategies
• Quality Assurance: Review and test course materials to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to established standards and guidelines
• LMS Integration: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of eLearning courses into Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and milestones effectively
• Evaluation and Improvement: Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the eLearning content, design & branding materials and make necessary improvements for continuous enhancement

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in communications, with significant experience in change management.
• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in developing PPTs, design and branding materials, eLearning courses or digital educational content. Demonstrated proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to design innovative and interactive learning solutions
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Team Player: Collaborative and open to feedback, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Rapid Mastery of New Technologies: Demonstrate the ability to master new technologies and subjects (including technical subjects) in short timeframes
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous designing, branding and eLearning development projects is highly desirable.

• Multimedia Skills: Ability to incorporate multimedia elements effectively to enhance learning experiences
• Technical Aptitude: Strong technical skills and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
• Instructional Design Knowledge: Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices in eLearning development

• This role is a hybrid role, allowing for a flexible working environment.
• You will work with global stakeholders, requiring the ability to manage communications across different time zones and cultural contexts.
• Collaboration will primarily occur through virtual platforms, so proficiency with remote communication tools is essential.
