Job Description
Responsibilities
* Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, RN, LPN, you will play a vital role in the care of patients by performing basic nursing care and support tasks on assigned units.
* Provide patient care such as: ambulation, bathing, toileting, obtaining vital signs, all while maintaining a safe environment.
* Demonstrate effective communication skills to accurately convey patient information to RN, LPN and other members of the team in a timely manner.
* Demonstrate basic computer skills to accurately record vital patient information.
Experience:Hospital experience–Preferred
License/Certification/Education:
* BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant)–Required
* High School or Equivalent–Preferred
